dishes. Being single estate produced, the olives are pressed
on site within hours of being picked. The oil is 100% pure,
unfiltered and high in antioxidants.

Having our own press
on site enables us to produce our unique Lemon Pressed Olive
Oil. This is made by the traditional 'agrumato' method - pressing
the organic olives and lemons together - and is distinct from
an infused olive oil. This rich, zesty olive oil is absolutely
divine drizzled on fresh vegetables, seafood dishes, chicken,
and salads and has proven very popular.
